There was lots of time to make Valentine's with all the snowdays we had this year! Owen loved delivering his cards to his friends. He worked very hard writing the letter "O" on each one:) We started Valentine's with our heart shaped pancakes using these nifty Lillian Vernon molds. Although there is a bit of a trick (and a lot of PAM) to get them to turn out just so.
The pancakes got eaten to quickly so pictures of those! The kids also enjoyed their little treats at their plates - don't worry Owen got a Batman themed one! Tried to steer clear of the candy - they got enough of that in school!
There were beautiful roses delivered in the afternoon. What a wonderful surprise!
The kids actually had their school parties on Friday. This is Makenna with her special friends.
I made Chicken Pot Pie (from the heart:)) for dinner... mostly because it's a HIT with ALL five family members. Sometimes that can be hard to pull off....
The evening ending with...
giggling...
screaming...
entangled bodies...
haha... get your mind of out the gutter!
That would be Kids V. Daddy wrestling match!
Looks like the kids win... again.
